Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Lafayette, CO. This position can be hybrid or remote.
Compensation: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
This role is instrumental in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative medical devices to market. The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project management for the development of electromechanical and software solutions, managing projects by coordinating a global team. This position is preferably hybrid in Lafayette, CO (approximately 3 days/week onsite), but is open to a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate.
Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and line management
- Review the status of projects and budgets, and prepare status reports
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with stakeholders
- Build and maintain project schedules in MS Project, secure needed resources, maintain a project budget, monitor project status, and resolve project issues
- Prioritize effective collaboration, nurture an inclusive culture, and focus on mitigating risks while driving projects forward
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience
- Experience managing projects for regulated medical devices
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones
- Experience with electromechanical devices
