Job Title: Senior Java Developer Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
Develop secure REST APIs with proper authentication, authorization, input validation, and exception handling.
Implement API versioning strategies and ensure backward compatibility.
Build scalable and high-performance applications with strong object-oriented design principles.
Work with relational databases (Oracle/PLSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, indexes, views, and performance-tuned database objects.
Handle concurrent data processing and implement appropriate synchronization and transaction management.
Develop unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito to ensure code quality.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and Java 8+ features.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Microservices.
Strong understanding of REST API design, API security (OAuth2/JWT), input validation, and API versioning.
Good knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and JDBC Template, with the ability to choose the appropriate approach based on use cases.
Strong Oracle/PLSQL skills, including SQL optimization, indexes, views, joins, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with MongoDB and handling concurrent read/write scenarios.
Good understanding of Microservice architecture, inter-service communication, and deployment strategies.
Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, and unit testing best practices.
Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, or Grafana
