Responsibilities/Requirements:
Must Have Skills:
- Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) EBS and/or Fusion Cloud ICM
- Experience with ICM SI conversion / implementation
- Strong Testing focus (SIT, UAT, defect management)
- Experience managing large-scale integrations
- Ability to manage multiple teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ICM workstream for EBS Fusion Cloud ICM conversion
- Own testing execution (SIT/UAT) and defect tracking/triage
- Coordinate across SI partners, business, and technical teams
- Drive delivery, timelines, and status reporting
Nice to Have:
- Fusion Cloud ICM experience
- Background in Sales Compensation
