About This Role

Seasoned Systems Engineering professional, working independently. Converts product requirements into total system solutions, leads trade studies, and implements common work practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller system design.
• Develop chiller system architecture that meets or exceeds the product development requirement.
• Develop heat exchanger components in collaboration with heat transfer technology experts.
• Confirm product design performance, capability and reliability in the engineering product test laboratory.
• Collaborate with the compression development team to seamlessly integrate the compressor design into the chiller design.
• Collaborate with manufacturing faculties to effectively implement design into production.
• Collaborate with the product marketing teams globally to develop product requirements and meet their needs when launched.
• Chiller design and project management process
• Collaboration with cross function team on requirement/design/manufacture/maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Thermal and/or Refrigeration Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Refrigeration Engineering / Power engineering / Turbo machinery / heat transfer or other related engineering
• HVAC Industry experience
• Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally with various teams

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
