Summary

We are seeking a senior-level Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for a contract engagement to lead implementation and optimization initiatives across HR functions.

Scope of Work

Lead full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) implementations
Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
Configure Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation & Absence
Conduct workshops, CRPs, and stakeholder demos
Manage testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support
Develop reporting solutions (Fast Formulas, OTBI)
Support U.S. regulatory compliance alignment

Required Experience

7+ years Oracle HCM Cloud hands-on experience
2+ full lifecycle implementations
Strong expertise in North American HR processes
Proven functional consulting/advisory experience
Solution design and system configuration expertise

Nice to Have

Oracle Cloud Certification
Prior SI/consulting firm experience
