Summary

Marketing Campaign Analyst
Location: 100% Remote | with occasional visits to clients office in Newark NJ
Duration: 6 months plus
Pay rate: $42/HR (negotiable). 
 
They need to be versed in Salesforce and Litmus, Email Deployment. Hybrid. Remote role - but may need to come to the office (Newark) once every two weeks or once a month.
 
Reporting to the Director, Multichannel Marketing, this position serves as a principal resource to provide database marketing support to include list development, lead management, list brokering, analysis and reporting.
 
  • Provides marketing campaign support for list segmentation, lead nurturing, lead management, analysis, and reporting.
  • Contributes to the efforts focused on development of an integrated data strategy for optimum database marketing efforts aligned to overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Builds campaign logic to support complex list segmentation projects using SAS Marketing Automation (Customer Intelligence Suite).
  • Plays an essential role in the efforts of building and maintaining comprehensive campaign reporting, tracking through customized reports and dashboards.
  • Provides support for data analysis based projects such as customer segmentation, attrition modeling, customer lifetime value, etc.
  • Researches, processes and stages customers and prospects into Siebel sales force automation tool with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provides superior customer service to our internal clients and external suppliers.
  • Provides project leadership and management in support of marketing support requests.
  • Serves as resource to staff and management to provide general direction and structure to implement activities associated with related projects and business initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
 
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor''s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an industry, market, technology, or business initiative related to marketing or sales/customer support.. Health Insurance industry experience a definite plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with analytics and data mining in a professional (non-educational) environment.
  • Direct or database marketing experience in both a business to business and business to consumer environment
  • Knowledge of other database marketing technologies and Email Service providers such as ExactTarget
  • SAS Programming experience
 
Knowledge:
Salesforce and Litmus
High-level knowledge of the following SAS applications:
  • SAS Enterprise Guide (Mandatory)
  • SAS Enterprise Miner (Optional)
  • SAS Customer Intelligence Suite (or IBM Unica, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Marketing CRM solution.
 
Skills and Abilities:
  • Good negotiation, facilitation, and customer service skills
  • Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage projects
  • Ability to relate technical concepts to applications and user needs
