Position: NetSuite Zone Billing Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (travel onsite once a month).
Required: Must be NetSuite certified.
Project: NetSuite implementation, in the Build Phase.

We are looking for NetSuite SME to design, configure, and implement Zone Advanced Billing and Revenue Management (ARM) within NetSuite. Key responsibilities include managing recurring/usage-based subscriptions, integrating with Salesforce CPQ, automating revenue recognition (ASC 606), and leading UAT, all while ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Zone Billing Configuration: Set up recurring billing, usage-based billing, and invoice automation.
• Revenue Management: Implement and support ARM, revenue recognition rules, and schedules.
• System Integration: Align Quote-to-Cash processes between Salesforce CPQ, Zone Billing, and NetSuite.
• Documentation & Testing: Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), solution design documents, and lead UAT/SIT.
• Support & Optimization: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Certification: Zone Advanced Billing Certified Professional (Mandatory).
• Experience: Proven experience with NetSuite implementation, specifically in billing and revenue modules.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SuiteScript, NetSuite workflows, and data migration.
• Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Accounting/Finance processes (GL, Deferred Revenue, ASC 606).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
