Location: Huntsville, Alabama (Onsite)

We have a permanent position in Huntsville AL for a Senior network engineer. You must have an active TS to apply and obtain a CI poly AFTER YOU start. This role is 100% onsite. Details below. They are looking for CISCO experience.

Duties:

Design documentation to meet architectural and security standards, customer requirements, while following industry best practices and tools.
Utilize network analysis and monitoring tools to support preventative, proactive, and reactive maintenance activities in order to meet network availability objectives.
Assist in research, development, and documentation of emerging technologies and techniques with past experience facilitating integration into existing systems as needed.
Support implementation planning for multi-technology insertion projects, following established project management methodologies for the purpose of controlling costs and ensuring adherence to project plan.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's Degree
5 years or more of experience supporting or leading network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Access Control Lists) projects
Experience with the maintenance of Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, command line interface and network protocols
