Job Title: Mainframe Developer

Location: Trenton, NJ (Onsite at client location 3 days per week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in Mainframe Modernization, particularly with a focus on CCH systems. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, business-focused, and capable of collaborating closely with both Technology and Business Units (BU). This role involves development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of existing Mainframe applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain online and batch Mainframe applications
Provide technical consultation and interface with Technology teams and Business Units, with a business-centric approach
Support Mainframe modernization initiatives, including COBOL upgrades
Perform maintenance and operational support for existing Mainframe systems
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, bugs, and defects
Conduct strong technical analysis to understand system functionality and dependencies
Ensure reliable integration between Mainframe systems and external interfaces
