Summary

Job Title: Mainframe Developer
Location: Trenton, NJ (Onsite at client location 3 days per week)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in Mainframe Modernization, particularly with a focus on CCH systems. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, business-focused, and capable of collaborating closely with both Technology and Business Units (BU). This role involves development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of existing Mainframe applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain online and batch Mainframe applications
  • Provide technical consultation and interface with Technology teams and Business Units, with a business-centric approach
  • Support Mainframe modernization initiatives, including COBOL upgrades
  • Perform maintenance and operational support for existing Mainframe systems
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, bugs, and defects
  • Conduct strong technical analysis to understand system functionality and dependencies
  • Ensure reliable integration between Mainframe systems and external interfaces
