We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in ITOM modules and FedRAMP-compliant implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure environments, integrations, scripting, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on delivering scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Ensure FedRAMP compliance, including security, authorization, and continuous monitoring requirements.
• Configure and manage MID Server placement for FedRAMP environments and ensure compliance with NERC regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to understand and model server, network, and storage environments.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and other technologies.
• Perform and support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and UAT.
• Build and maintain reliable deployment processes across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Develop scripts using JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, and Windows scripting, including RegEx usage.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards on the ServiceNow platform.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and follow SDLC best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite:
o CMDB (CSDM framework)
o Discovery
o Service Mapping
o Event Management
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation and compliance requirements.
• Experience with MID Server architecture and placement in secure environments.
• Familiarity with NERC compliance standards and handling regulated assets.
• Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.
• Good understanding of infrastructure environments (server, network, storage).
• Experience with monitoring tools and operational environments.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, PowerShell, and Shell scripting, including RegEx.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and ITIL frameworks.
Certifications (Mandatory)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Preferred Qualifications
• Additional ServiceNow certifications in ITOM modules
• Experience in high-availability and enterprise-scale environments
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
