job summary:
As a Quality Assurance Analyst Senior, you'll ensure our systems and services function properly on our Duck Creek Policy System. Creating tests that model various business scenarios as part of our Rate Revision process.

responsibilities:
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in manual functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Ability to analyze requirements and design high quality test scenarios and test cases.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Working knowledge of automation tools such as Playwright. Knowledge on Typescript & Git
Preferred Skills:
- Testing experience in Duck Creek Policy System.
- Experience with SQL queries for backend and data validation.
- Experience in API testing skills using Postman or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes.
- Expert in defect reporting, tracking, and working with Agile teams.
- Hands on experience with Azure DevOps or other test management tools
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
- In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
- In lieu of the above, a minimum of 6 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
