If you?re an experienced estimator who can both design and price fire sprinkler systems, this is your opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects and earn performance-based income while growing into a sales-focused role.

What You?ll Get

  • $60K?$80K base salary (based on experience)

  • 1.5% commission on contract sales (paid quarterly)

What You?ll Do

This position is based in Richland Hills, TX, and is not a remote role. Specifically, you?ll:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial fire sprinkler systems

  • Review blueprints, specs, and bid documents

  • Perform takeoffs using AutoCAD and Spincad

  • Design systems to support estimating efforts when needed

  • Identify risks, cost savings, and value engineering opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning bid strategies

  • Support proposals and assist with client presentations

  • Build relationships with vendors and subcontractors

What You Need

  • 5+ years of fire sprinkler estimating experience

  • Design experience strongly preferred

  • Experience estimating large commercial projects ($2M+)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Spincad

  • Strong understanding of construction workflows

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs

  • NICET Level II or higher preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
