Greetings from Smart Work IT Services, We are hiring for the below roles,
Role: Senior Oracle Cloud Financial Principle Consultant /BA
Location: Burlington, MA (Hybrid 3 Days/Week)
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance
- Proven track record across multiple Oracle Cloud implementations
- Excellent business analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leadership in business-friendly terms
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and driving solution design
- Strong understanding of Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management
- Self-starter with the ability to lead discussions and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
