Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Core HR & Compensation Lead with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with full-cycle Workday implementations, configuration, business process design and client interaction.
Required Skills:
- Workday Pro HCM Core Services Certification
- Workday Pro Compensation Services Certification
- Strong experience in Workday Core HR and Compensation modules
- Experience with configuration, testing, UAT and deployment
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Higher Education ERP implementations
- 3+ full-cycle Workday Higher Education implementations preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation activities for Core HR and Compensation
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Configure and optimize Workday HCM processes
- Support testing, issue resolution and deployment activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
