Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Product Development - B2B Acceptance Solutions:

Visa is seeking a Sr Product Manager to join the B2B Acceptance Product Development team, reporting to the Director of Product Development. This role will focus on enhancing Visa's B2B Acceptance platform through the delivery of features and capabilities that support scalable, automated payment experiences for card-accepting merchants.

The Sr Product Manager will work on Visa AR Manager, a solution that automates virtual card payment processing and reconciliation for suppliers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving execution and delivery of the product roadmap, partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate customer and business needs into high-quality product capabilities.

The ideal candidate is delivery-oriented, comfortable operating in a complex platform environment, and motivated by building solutions that simplify and modernize B2B payment workflows at scale.

Essential Functions:
  • Manage co-located delivery teams in Atlanta, GA that will consist of both feature and Non-functional requirement work.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of product capabilities aligned to the Visa AR Manager roadmap within B2B Acceptance.
  • Demonstrate strong interest in AI-driven product development and operate effectively within a highly AI-enabled product and delivery environment.
  • Work as the prime communicator and a connecting link between product and engineering teams.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of business requirements and communicate desired outcomes effectively to the technical team.
  • Responsible for defining business features and writing very clear, thorough, and detailed features and user stories using the Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Oversee the multiple stages of product development ranging from the ideation to the core of the development process, including sprint demo reviews and user acceptance testing.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation plans to maintain momentum.
  • Gauge product progress at every stage of the development process to ensure proper functionality and raise blockers and mitigation plans expediently.
  • Continually update, manage, and prioritize the product backlog (in JIRA) based on the project's ever-changing and evolving needs.
  • Identify the development process areas that need to be improved and make all the necessary preparations for the following stage.
  • Operate with minimal supervision and able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
  • Demonstrate senior-level leadership with strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills, building effective partnerships across product, technology, and external teams to drive alignment and execution.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Payment experience Preferred (Consumer payment, B2B, ISO 20022).
  • Excellent Product Development skills

The estimated salary range for this position is $152,200 to $270,800 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.

Travel Requirements

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
