Job Description
Client is seeking an experienced Regulated Messaging Engineer to join our global team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining messaging compliance platforms that meet stringent regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions.
You will work on Electronic Compliance and Retention Governance, ensuring secure and compliant communication retention across platforms like Microsoft Teams, Symphony, and Bloomberg. Expertise in Proofpoint Enterprise Archive for compliant email and messaging archiving and retention is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Tools Platforms
- Proofpoint Enterprise Archive (Not Proofpoint Email DLP Encryption, Email Fraud Defense, or Enterprise DLP)
- Microsoft Teams Compliance Recording
- Symphony Compliance Platform
- Bloomberg Chat and Email Compliance
- SMTP Forwarding
- Global Relay or similar archiving platforms
