Description

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in commercial insurance processes.
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to analyze business requirements.
Design solutions and support the implementation of insurance policy and rating functionalities.
Possess a deep understanding of policy lifecycle and rating engines.
Participate in requirement workshops and solution design sessions.
Support product modeling activities and create necessary documentation.
Work in Agile delivery environments and coordinate with QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for insurance products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
Configure and support policy implementations and enhancements.
Analyze and validate rating solutions and workflows.

Qualifications

Strong experience with insurance policy systems and rating frameworks.
Domain knowledge in commercial insurance products such as Commercial Auto and General Liability.
Experience in requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
