Travel Details: - Technicians each get their own company credit card and book travel on their own through the company's travel agency, within the Concur system.
- Usually solo travel but can be two technicians if the scope of work is larger and the need would be best handled together.
Requirements: - Electro-Mechanical background
- Allen-Bradley PLCs
- Pneumatic machinery
- Servo driven motors and controls
- Stepper motors and controls
- 6+ years in a relevant Service Tech support role in the manufacturing space
Responsibilities: - On-site training of customers’ operators and technicians on set-up, operation, change-over and maintenance of the systems
- Assemble component parts for the Aftermarket parts group, engage in occasional machine rebuilds/upgrades, research machine designs to identify non-standard parts.
- Prepare detailed trip reports for the customer and company that identify problems encountered, actions taken to resolve the problems, and recommended next steps to satisfy the customer’s service needs
