Job Description
We are looking for an Information Systems Operations Analyst to perform financial, asset, and Information Systems service management processes. This position will be full-time contract and hybrid in Hershey, PA.
What You ll Do
- Manage telecom and network invoice actions
- Perform procurement and coordinate deployment of hardware and software
- Maintain accurate asset record keeping
- Fulfill cellular device requests and resolve related incidents independently or through collaboration with vendors
- Perform analysis, reporting, and documentation as requested
What You ll Need
Required:
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience
- ServiceNow SAM/HAM
- Understanding of administrative A/P workflows and procurement activities
- Ability to independently prioritize incoming demand and work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Preferred:
- SAP Ariba
- IS-related industry experience
