Summary

Responsibilities

  • Provided Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Installed, configured, and maintained desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues.
  • Managed user accounts, passwords, and access permissions using Active Directory.
  • Installed, upgraded, and supported Microsoft Windows and business applications.
  • Logged, tracked, prioritized, and resolved support tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Performed software installations, system updates, and security patch deployments.
  • Configured email accounts and resolved issues related to Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365.
  • Supported remote users through remote desktop tools and VPN troubleshooting.
  • Set up workstations, laptops, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals for new employees.
  • Assisted with onboarding and offboarding activities, including asset allocation and account provisioning.
  • Maintained IT asset inventory and documented hardware/software configurations.
  • Escalated complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
  • Created and maintained technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensured compliance with IT security policies, antivirus standards, and data protection procedures.
  • Delivered excellent customer service while meeting defined SLA targets and incident resolution timelines.
