The services You will provide the project team:As an SAP Consultant Contractor, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.Implementing and configuring SAP modules to meet business needs and improve system functionality.Analyzing business processes and providing recommendations for SAP solutions.Creating and maintaining documentation for SAP configurations and customizations.Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP applications and integrations.Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.

responsibilities:
Labor (Make Parts) ERP Business Analyst
Make part earned value, labor tracking and performance simulation capabilities of the MEV solution.
- ERP & Systems Knowledge - Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, PP, PM, CO, FI), PMMO/GPD
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing finance, production order costing, quality/rework processes
o Manufacturing & Routing - Knowledge of shop floor routing, production orders, work centers, and standard hours (HPU).
o Labor & Performance Tracking - Design Labor Tracking Reports that include quantities, hours, BCWP, BCWR, CPI, SPI, etc.
o Repair, Rework & Scrap Analysis - Capture repair labor actuals, split order details, and scrap/rework/excess
o Make Part Cost Baselines - Build material baseline values for in house parts, including raw material, NPA, SRR, vendor processing
o Simulation & What If - Develop simulated baseline capability (run "what if" scenarios without affecting production baseline).
