Job Title: Sr Solution Architect - PowerFlex

Description:

Must have skills: Senior level PowerFlex experience in production environments

Experience supporting PowerFlex day two operations
Experience working in software only PowerFlex environments
Experience operating platforms built on repurposed or customer owned servers
Ability to work in security restricted or locked down environments
Strong systems level troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, and Linux
Experience supporting automation in operational environments
Experience supporting or working with API integration
Strong documentation and runbook creation and maintenance skills
Ability to work independently with limited access and minimal guidance
Comfortable operating remotely for extended engagements
Proven ability to adapt to non standard, “snowflake” environments
 

Nice to have skills: Experience supporting automation and API integration

Familiarity with VMware based environments
Exposure to hybrid or cloud adjacent stacks such as Azure
Prior resident or embedded engineer experience
 

Scope:

Assume senior operational ownership of a PowerFlex platform following initial stabilization
Support ongoing day two PowerFlex operations in a non standard, security constrained environment
Operate the platform within a strict security posture and access limitations
Adapt operational approaches based on evolving constraints and customer introduced changes
Support automation activities as the environment scales
Support API related operational workflows
Maintain, extend, and refine operational runbooks and documentation
Capture ongoing operational lessons learned and institutional knowledge
Provide a consistent, reliable senior presence responsible for platform health and continuity
Create documentation, runbooks, and lessons learned during the first phase
Establish an operational blueprint to support long term platform use
