They must know finance, understand the controllers, CFO pain points, and sell complex outcomes (services + platforms).

Experience

• 8 15 years total experience
• 5 8+ years in consultative B2B sales for:
• Finance transformation programs
• Close, reconciliation, reporting, or compliance solutions
• Has sold to:
• CFO
• Controller
• Finance Director
• Head of Accounting / Close / Reporting
• Comfortable with:
• Problem framing
• Value articulation (not feature pitching)

• Transformation Sales Lead
• Enterprise Sales F&A
• Practice Sales R2R / O2C
• Enterprise Account Executive
• Strategic AE Finance

Must-Have

Can explain:

• Month-end close pain points
• Reconciliations, intercompany, audit issues
