We are looking for an experienced Ontologist to design, develop, and govern business ontologies and semantic models for US lending products, processes, and data assets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ontologies for commercial, consumer, mortgage, and credit lending.

• Define business concepts, entities, relationships, and metadata standards across the loan lifecycle.

• Build semantic models and knowledge graphs to support AI initiatives and enterprise data products.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and AI teams.

• Map ontology concepts to physical data models and enterprise data catalogs.

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of US lending, loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and credit risk.

• Hands-on experience in ontology modeling, semantic technologies, and knowledge graphs.

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS services, including Neptune, SageMaker, and IAM.

• Familiarity with RDF, OWL, SPARQL, taxonomy management, and graph databases.

• Knowledge of FIBO / BIAN and data governance frameworks.

🔹 Preferred Skills

• AI-ready data products and semantic layers in financial services.

• Experience with Alation, Collibra, or similar data catalog platforms.
