Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead Front-End Engineering with deep hands-on experience in Angular 15+, React, Node.js, and TypeScript, and strong expertise building and deploying applications on AWS. The role involves leading front-end architecture, guiding engineering best practices, and driving high-quality, scalable UI solutions. The Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, performant, and cloud-ready delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design and architecture for modern Angular 15+, React, and TypeScript-based front-end applications.
Guide the team on component architecture, reusable patterns, state management, and performance optimization.
Oversee development of Node.js-based frontend tooling, services, or middleware integrations.
Architect and deploy front-end applications on AWS using S3, CloudFront, Amplify, API Gateway, Lambda, and related services.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for front-end builds using CodePipeline/CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, or equivalent.
Enforce security best practices including OWASP guidelines, secure token handling, CSP, and dependency vulnerability checks.
Drive automated testing strategy using Jest, Cypress/Playwright, and integration tests.
Collaborate with UX, backend, cloud, and security teams to align on design systems, API integrations, and cloud governance.
Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and maintainability.
Manage technical delivery planning: sizing, sprint execution, risk mitigation, and release management.
Required Skills (Must Have)

Angular 15+: Strong expertise in component-based architecture, RxJS, routing, forms, and performance tuning.
React: Experience with Hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand), and SPA performance optimization.
Node.js: Proficiency building tools, microservices, or middleware supporting front-end delivery.
TypeScript: Deep knowledge of type systems, interfaces, generics, decorators, and scalable code structure.
Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, modular CSS/Sass frameworks.
Proven ability to design, build, and optimize front-end applications in AWS environments.
Hands-on experience with front-end CI/CD, containerization understanding (Docker), and IaC (CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform preferred).
Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).
Solid understanding of web application security and cloud security considerations.
Preferred Skills

Experience with micro-frontends.
Experience with REST, GraphQL, or AppSync.
Experience integrating SSO platforms (Okta).
Knowledge of BFSI/Capital Markets domain is a plus.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
