  • Integrate data from multiple sources-including APIs, data lakes, internal databases, and vendor platforms-into the PowerBI ecosystem using advanced data transformations and DAX.
  • Ensure reports provide meaningful executive and operational views, with robust drill-down capabilities for action planning and decision support.
  • Partner closely with business and IT leadership to present findings, recommend action items, and evolve analytics to align with strategic objectives.

  • Proven experience with connecting PowerBI to a variety of toolchain platforms (such as Jira, GitHub, Azure DevOps, other CI/CD tools), and designing KPIs for adoption, onboarding, and usage.
  • Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query/M, and complex data modeling for management-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in building executive dashboards highlighting adoption, risk, compliance, automation, productivity, cost savings, or similar impact areas.
  • Strong data integration skills: ETL, API data extraction, direct query, and on-prem/cloud data source integration.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data governance, security, access controls, and reporting best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and seasoned experience working with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project delivery, solution architecture, and mentoring junior team members.
