Job Description

Position Overview

The Headquarters Networks Project Coordinator Intern will support network infrastructure projects across multiple Church facilities, primarily in and around downtown Salt Lake City. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, organization, and documentation of network projects while working closely with network engineers, project managers, and operational teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in technology project coordination. This role offers exposure to enterprise network operations and project management practices in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Location: Riverton and Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-Month Internship - full time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain project documentation for network infrastructure initiatives.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
  • Assist with project planning, coordination, and communication efforts.
  • Support network teams by maintaining accurate project records and status updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and distribute project information to stakeholders.
  • Help ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, project logistics, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing network improvement projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or within one year of your graduation date.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
