Role Overview

We are seeking a hunter-oriented sales professional responsible for generating new business opportunities, building executive relationships, managing the sales cycle, and closing Salesforce consulting engagements.

This is not an account management role. This is a hunter/new logo acquisition role. 

The ideal candidate enjoys creating opportunities from scratch, engaging senior business and technology leaders, and working directly with company leadership to shape go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts
  • Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Technology, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Leaders
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partner relationships, and Salesforce ecosystem engagement
  • Manage opportunities from initial outreach through contract signature
  • Conduct discovery conversations and identify client pain points
  • Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to develop solutions and proposals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
  • Participate in industry events, Salesforce ecosystem activities, and partner networking
  • Help refine messaging, offerings, and go-to-market strategy

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of B2B technology or consulting services sales experience
  • Proven experience selling Salesforce consulting, implementation, managed services, digital transformation, or enterprise technology services
  • Demonstrated success generating self-sourced pipeline and closing net-new business
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations with annual revenues ranging from $100M to $1B+
  • Track record of selling complex professional services engagements involving multiple stakeholders and executive buyers
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, VPs, and business leaders
  • Experience working in a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial environment where sales teams are expected to build pipeline without significant marketing support
  • Ability to independently manage prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal closure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a boutique Salesforce consulting partner, systems integrator, or high-growth technology services firm
  • Prior experience helping scale a consulting or technology services business from early-stage growth through expansion
  • Existing relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Account Executives, Partner Managers, and Alliance teams
  • History of consistently exceeding quota through self-generated opportunities
  • Experience selling Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI, CRM modernization, or customer experience transformation initiatives
  • Experience selling into industries such as professional services, financial services, global mobility, immigration, healthcare, or other relationship-driven industries
