REQUIRED EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred.
TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years of replenishment, inventory management, supply chain, or customer supply chain experience.
- 3.Strong Analytical skills (specifically able to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights)
- Ability to represent Supply Chain internally and externally in a professional manner, both strategically and tactically
- Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Skilled in problem solving, plan development and priority setting with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:
· Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite, intermediate in Excel, BW, SAP and ability to learn and utilize customer systems and data
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:
· Experience supporting Sam''s Club or Walmart replenishment is highly preferred.
· Good verbal and written communication skills at all levels of an organization
· Proactive, decisional, goal and results oriented
· An assertive yet collaborative and team-oriented leadership style with a sense of urgency
· Skilled in problem solving, plan development and priority setting
· Ability to complete projects/tasks within assigned timeframe sometimes with competing priorities
