Position: Python Backend Engineer with AI Agent
Location: Santa Clara, CA 5 Days Onsite (Mandatory)
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
Build and maintain AI agents, system integrations, and MCP connectors.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and database operations.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize backend systems.
Work with distributed systems, microservices, and asynchronous processing.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Codex, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
Collaborate with engineering teams on scalable and reliable solutions.

Required Skills

Strong Python and backend engineering experience.
Strong SQL/database skills.
Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
Experience with backend/database performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with AI development/coding tools.
Experience with AI Agent development / Agent SDK.
Experience with MCP / MCP connectors.
Experience with Temporal or workflow orchestration is a plus.
