Job Overview:
  • The Power Platform Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
  • This role focuses on automation, DevOps, governance, and enterprise-scale integration to deliver secure and scalable AI copilots and applications.
  • The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to drive innovation, optimize operations, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments with complex DevOps and automation requirements.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy AI copilots and agents using Copilot Studio.
  • Develop reusable platform assets such as prompt templates, plugins, custom connectors, and modular components.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
  • Architect and implement DevOps pipelines for automated deployments and environment management.
  • Automate application lifecycle management processes including CI/CD and testing.
  • Manage and optimize infrastructure including virtual networks and data gateways.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and high-availability strategies for platform solutions.
  • Integrate with monitoring tools to track system performance and detect anomalies.
  • Enforce governance, security, and compliance policies across platform components.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies including data protection and secure access controls.
  • Deliver reporting on system performance, usage, and effectiveness.
  • Establish support processes including incident management and continuous improvement practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and enablement to development teams.
Skills:
  • Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
  • DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub and ALM tools.
  • REST APIs and enterprise system integration.
  • Governance, security, and compliance within Power Platform.
  • Monitoring tools such as Sentinel, Defender, and Dynatrace.
  • Automation and scripting for deployment and operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Should Have:
  • Experience with generative AI services and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Experience building reporting dashboards and analytics solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise governance and recertification processes.
  • Experience implementing support models, incident management, and root cause analysis.
