Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with deep experience in Oracle ecosystems to support and optimize integrations between HCM/Payroll and ERP platforms. This role will focus on analyzing business requirements, designing data flows, and ensuring seamless system interoperability across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements
• Analyze and map end-to-end data flows between HCM, Payroll, and ERP systems
• Design, document, and optimize integrations across Oracle platforms (e.g., HCM Cloud, ERP Cloud)
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with integration developers on APIs, middleware, and file-based integrations
• Validate data accuracy, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements
• Support system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations
• Create and maintain documentation including data models, interface specs, and process flows

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and/or ERP systems
• Proven expertise in integrations (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, FBDI, middleware like OIC)
• Deep understanding of HCM/Payroll processes (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll) and Finance/ERP processes (GL, AP, AR)
• Experience with data mapping, transformation logic, and system interfaces
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
• Familiarity with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
• Knowledge of reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Experience with data migration and system conversions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Lawson, Workday to Oracle)
• Understanding of security models and role-based access in Oracle
• Agile/Scrum experience
