Maintenance TechnicianDo you enjoy diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues on advanced industrial equipment? Productivity, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support high-precision CNC machine tools and automation systems at customer facilities throughout the region.

What You'll Do- Travel to customer sites throughout Iowa to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of CNC metalworking machines
- Perform machine installations and setup
- Perform adjustments and repairs of spindles, drives, slides, hydraulic systems, electronic controls, electrical peripherals, and other items
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Calibrate, adjust, and replace components to ensure precise machine performance
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings with customers and internal teams
What You Bring- 3 or more years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of servo systems, ball screws, spindles, and control systems (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, experience helpful)
- Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance, fluid power, etc
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel/drive locally to customer sites, with 4-6 overnights per month
- Acceptable driving record
Compensation and Benefits- $30 - $39/hour DOE, plus incentives - annual performance & salary reviews
- Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime
