We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Design Engineer in the Land Development Division. This position is based in the Toms River, NJ office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
This position supports the mission of the Land Development Division by collaborating with a team of engineers in preparing engineering designs for various projects. They will be a part of the design team in the execution and management of projects.
· Design of stormwater management systems for new construction and existing developments.
· Grading of new construction and existing developments, including roads, retaining walls, swales and stormwater management elements.

· Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency with computer systems to maintain project documents including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (AutoCad a plus).
· Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a concentration in Land Development.
· 1-2 years of experience in grading and drainage design.
· Experience in a construction or engineering office.
