  • Configure and customize:
    • Saviynt workflows
    • Rules
    • Jobs
    • Approvals
    • Notifications
  • Configure Analytics, Reports, Dashboards, and Campaigns.
  • Perform application onboarding using standard and custom connectors:
    • REST
    • JDBC
    • SCIM
  • Develop and maintain integrations with:
    • Active Directory
    • Azure AD
    • Entra ID
  • Develop and support custom Saviynt workflows and APIs.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support.
  • Support audits by providing access evidence, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with architects and security teams to align implementation with solution design.
  • Participate in Saviynt upgrades, enhancements, and tool migrations (e.g., SailPoint to Saviynt).
  • Maintain technical documentation.
  • Follow SDLC and change management processes.
  • Architect system architecture and Saviynt capabilities.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Identity Lifecycle Management (JML)
    • Access Certifications
    • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
    • Role Engineering
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Experience integrating IAM solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Good understanding of IAM controls, audit requirements, and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams.
