The Opportunity
Our client is a stealth-mode AI startup that has solved one of the most consistent "budget killers" in the enterprise: the runaway Snowflake bill. While most tools on the market offer vague "cost governance" and "guardrails," this company provides a surgical, AI-driven platform that identifies and automates deep-tier savings.
The product is built on a risk-free guarantee: if they don t find significant savings for the customer, the customer doesn't pay. For a salesperson, this is an incredibly low-friction "yes" for any CIO or CTO currently under pressure to cut costs.
The Role
This is a high-upside partnership designed for seasoned Software Sales Professionals (AEs, Directors, or VPs) who are currently between roles, consulting, or looking to monetize their existing network within the Snowflake/Data ecosystem.
The objective is simple: leverage your existing contacts and local community presence (such as monthly meetups) to identify organizations struggling with cloud spend and bridge them to the company s technical team for a demo.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Networking: Utilize your existing "Rolodex" of CTOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors and Data Architects.
Community Advocacy: Attend local tech meetups and industry events to identify "pain points" in cloud infrastructure spend.
Demo Facilitation: Qualified leads are handed off to the company's CTO for a high-impact demo. The platform is designed to sell itself once the math is visible.
Deal Closure: Leverage the "No-Risk" model to close high-value optimization contracts.
Sophesticated Sales: Our sw will sell itself, because there are only a handful of these in the world and we rank in the top 3. We don't like to hard-sell anyone and don't want our reputation tarnished by spraying and praying
- Community Decorum: The monthly meetup follows a strict protocol of no overt hardselling and we personally love and adhere by it. Think of it as reddit rules. They are great to attend to gain knowledge and if someone asks what you do, ideally you guide them to a call without trying to convince them of anything.
Requirements
Proven Track Record: 5+ years in Enterprise Sales (Ideally SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Data Analytics).
Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the Snowflake ecosystem and the financial challenges associated with cloud scaling.
The "Founder" Mindset: You are comfortable working independently and understand the value of a performance-based, high-commission structure.
Professionalism: Ability to conduct peer-to-peer conversations with C-suite, VP level executives without relying on "sales-speak."
