Oracle ERP Financials Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Financials Lead with strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, support business transformation initiatives, and work closely with finance stakeholders. Experience in K-12 education domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle ERP Financials modules:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Cash Management

  • Fixed Assets (FA)

  • Expenses

• Gather business requirements, conduct solution design workshops, and prepare functional design documents.

• Configure Oracle Financials modules and ensure alignment with business processes.

• Lead data conversion, integrations, reporting, and testing cycles (SIT/UAT).

• Provide guidance on best practices, accounting standards, and internal controls.

• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with technical and integration teams.

• Support go-live activities and post-production stabilization.

• Provide milestone-based travel support when required.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Financials.

• Proven experience leading at least 2 3 full lifecycle implementations.

• Strong hands-on functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, FA, and Expenses.

• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
