  • We offer a comprehensive benefits program including:
    • Health, Dental, and Life Insurance
    • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA)
    • Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance
    • 401(k) Retirement Plan
    • Legal Assistance and Identity Theft Protection Plans
(Benefits may vary based on position and location)

Why you?
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments under tight deadlines
  • You relish new challenges and evolving technology
  • You enjoy collaborating and communicating with your teammates
  • You like to know your efforts are noticed and appreciated
  • You deliver exemplary customer service through interactions with others

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle management for hardware, software, and telecom assets (procurement through retirement)
  • Lead the enterprise IT Asset Management operating model, including standards, lifecycle states, controls, and governance
  • Manage software licensing, renewals, audits, and compliance to reduce risk and optimize cost
  • Drive vendor relationships, contract renewals, and cost-saving negotiation strategies
  • Partner with Architecture & ServiceNow Platform teams to ensure asset data quality and lifecycle alignment feeding the CMDB
  • Collaborate with endpoint teams in an SCCM/MECM environment to support accurate discovery and inventory

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or a related discipline, 8+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (hardware, software, telecom) in a mid-to-large enterprise, or an equivalent combination
