Job Summary (List Format):
- Handle auto physical damage and liability claims, including coverage investigations, disputed liability, and comparative negligence.
- Independently manage a portfolio of auto claims from initial investigation through final resolution and settlement.
- Make repair-related claim decisions and settlements, including total loss evaluations and negotiations.
- Acquire and maintain required insurance adjuster licenses within specified timelines.
- Mentor, coach, or serve as a technical resource to other claims professionals as needed.
- Utilize claims management systems (such as Guidewire Claim Center) to document and process claims.
- May require successful completion of a job-related assessment.
- Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree, active multi-state adjuster licenses, and/or US military experience.
