Job Title: Project Manager with Finance Domain

Location: USA (Remote)

Job Summary:

We''re looking for a Project Manager with Finance domain expertise to lead enterprise initiatives across ERP, finance transformation, reporting, and regulatory programs. You’ll manage scope, budget, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring delivery aligns with finance compliance and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of finance projects: ERP implementations, upgrades, finance transformation, FP&A, consolidation, regulatory reporting
Manage project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
Drive scope definition, work breakdown, resource planning, and budget tracking for multi-million dollar programs
Partner with CFO, Controller, FP&A, Tax, and IT teams to align business goals with technical solutions
Own RAID log, change control, steering committee updates, and executive dashboards
Coordinate cross-functional teams: Finance SMEs, developers, QA, data, security, and external vendors
Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and audit requirements
Manage vendor SOWs, contracts, and deliverable-based milestones
Track KPIs, benefits realization, and post-go-live stabilization
Mentor junior PMs and promote PMO best practices

Required Skills:

10+ years project management with 5+ years in Finance/Accounting domain
Strong understanding of finance processes: R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, GL, AP, AR, month-end close, consolidations
Hands-on with project tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI for reporting
Knowledge of financial regulations: SOX, GAAP, IFRS, tax, treasury
Proven budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation skills
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification
Experience with finance transformation, shared services, or M&A integrations
Knowledge of finance data warehouses, BI tools, and reporting automation
