Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Analyze current-state cost and inventory accounting processes, workflows, and operational procedures across manufacturing facilities.
Document end-to-end process maps, system functionality, standard costing, bills of materials, inventory cost accumulation, and related general ledger entries.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements, validate existing processes, identify organizational gaps, and document improvement opportunities.
Contribute to recommendations, project deliverables, and status updates while monitoring process risks, dependencies, and stakeholder requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, transformation, or related roles, with knowledge of cost and inventory accounting in manufacturing environments.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, Process Mapping, Requirements Gathering, BPMN, Data Analysis
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting manufacturing operations, including cost accounting, inventory management, standard costing, bills of materials, inventory valuation, and general ledger processes.
Experience analyzing business rules, operational processes, and stakeholder needs and translating them into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and system requirements.
Experience documenting current-state and end-to-end business workflows, conducting stakeholder interviews, identifying process gaps, and supporting recommendations for operational improvement.
Experience supporting process transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives through process analysis, risk identification, stakeholder collaboration, and clear documentation of findings and recommendations.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, standard costing methods, and related financial reporting processes.
Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or BPMN, along with business process documentation and analysis tools.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to organize findings and contribute to project deliverables.
