Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in Manual Testing of web and/or desktop applications
Prior experience in the Healthcare domain (claims, EHR/EMR, provider, payer systems)
Hands-on experience in test case creation, test execution, and defect tracking
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC methodologies
Experience with defect management tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar)
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards
Experience in functional, regression, and UAT testing
