Job Title: Mechanical Technology Designer or Mechanical Technology Manager

Location: Riverside, CA(Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technology Designer or Mechanical Technology Manager with strong expertise in telecommunication systems, electronic security systems, and audiovisual (AV) systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project design, code compliance, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of telecommunication, electronic security, and audiovisual system projects.
Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
Ensure all designs comply with California Building Codes and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Manage and oversee 10+ projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
Review submittals, shop drawings, and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct site visits and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
Utilize Bluebeam Studio for document collaboration and project coordination.

Required Qualifications

3+ years in Mechanical Design
7+ years of experience as a Technology Designer or Technology Manager.
5+ years of hands-on project design experience in telecommunication, electronic security, and AV systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam Studio.
Strong knowledge of California Building Codes and NEC standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
