Business Analyst / Product Manager (DLP, M&A, Cybersecurity)
Remote Position
12 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate initiatives related to DLP, M&A integration, and cybersecurity programs
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams using appropriate business and cyber terminology
Translate business needs into clear documentation, reporting, and project plans
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Facilitate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder discussions
Help identify process improvements and support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in enterprise environments
Strong exposure to Data Loss Prevention (DLP), M&A initiatives, and cybersecurity projects
Understand what KPI’s we would need to show leadership in both M&A and DLP
Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and driving project execution
Preferred Skills
Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams
Knowledge of cyber governance, risk, compliance, or security frameworks
Strong stakeholder management and reporting experience
