Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Change Manager with Life Sciences experience for a high-priority opportunity based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Business Analysis, Change Management, and Life Sciences domain expertise, along with an IT or technical background.
The candidate should have experience supporting technology implementations, business transformation initiatives, process improvements, and organizational change programs within the Life Sciences industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Business Analysis (BA) and requirements management.
- Hands-on experience in Change Management (CM), including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning.
- Experience working in the Life Sciences (LS) industry, such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or medical devices.
- IT or technical background with experience supporting enterprise applications, technology implementations, or digital transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience with process documentation, workflow analysis, impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise technology implementations and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulated Life Sciences environments, including GxP, GMP, or Google Cloud Platform processes, where applicable.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
