Job Title: Identity & Data Security Architect

Location: Deerfield (Relocation Available)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Identity & Data Security Architect to design and drive enterprise identity, access, and data protection strategies. This role will focus on building scalable, secure architectures aligned with Zero Trust principles across multi-cloud environments, data platforms, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect IAM/PAM solutions (SSO, Federation, Conditional Access, PIM/JIT)


• Define data security strategies (classification, encryption, tokenization, DLP)


• Design secure architectures for multi-cloud (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform) and data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse)


• Establish Zero Trust architecture and security guardrails


• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and engineering teams to embed security into platforms and CI/CD pipelines


• Develop security standards, patterns, and roadmaps aligned with NIST, CIS, and SABSA

Required Skills

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with strong security architecture experience


• Deep expertise in IAM/PAM and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)


• Strong knowledge of data security and cloud platforms


• Experience with Zero Trust and multi-cloud security architecture


• Familiarity with frameworks: NIST, CIS, SABSA, TOGAF


• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Azure AD (Entra ID), Okta, CyberArk


• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, Synapse


• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, TOGAF, SABSA
