Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Lead / Functional Consultant with strong Oracle Supply Chain Management expertise to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations. The role involves solution design, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and support across large and complex Oracle programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud SCM projects across the full project lifecycle, including:

  • Scoping and requirements analysis

  • Solution design and configuration

  • Testing and deployment

  • Post go-live support

• Implement Oracle Supply Chain Management modules, including:

  • Inventory Management

  • Order Management

  • Distribution modules

• Deliver Oracle Cloud SCM implementations with hands-on functional expertise.

• Configure and support Oracle Costing solutions.

• Lead and manage large delivery teams, including onsite, offshore, and third-party resources.

• Plan, manage, and deliver project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Identify and manage delivery risks across Oracle implementation projects.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure process alignment and solution adoption.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.

• Support sales and pre-sales activities, including:

  • New business development

  • Bid preparation and proposal support

  • Expansion of existing client accounts

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members to drive individual and team development.

• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team environment.
