Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Install, configure, maintain, and monitor enterprise system components and environments.
- Manage system deployments, access controls, configurations, and software changes through established processes.
- Monitor system health, availability, performance, and security, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Experience in system administration involving enterprise software installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, access management, and production support.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
System Administration, Enterprise Software Administration, Linux/Unix, Cloud Environments, System Monitoring, Access Management, Configuration Management, Troubleshooting, SDLC, Technical Documentation

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
- Experience administering Splunk Enterprise, including forwarders, search heads, indexers, deployment management, and licensing components.
- Experience supporting Splunk environments on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) within cloud-based environments.
- Experience managing data ingestion, application deployment, dashboards, reports, and Splunk system health.
- Experience managing data ingestion, application deployment, dashboards, reports, and Splunk system health.
- Experience managing Splunk access and IAM integration in accordance with security requirements

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
