Summary

Hi,

We have an immediate opening for a Data Center Project Manager (M&E) with our client.
 Position: Data Center Project Manager   M&E
Location: Somerset, NJ   Hybrid (minimum 4 days/week at NY/NJ area sites) 
Key Requirements:

5 10+ years managing MEP / mission-critical construction projects, preferably within data centers

Strong experience with Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure

Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, UPS, generators, PDUs, controls, fire/life safety, and commissioning

Experience managing CAPEX projects, budgets, schedules, risks, and vendors

Experience with RFPs, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract management

Strong coordination with Data Center Operations, Engineering, MEP consultants, construction vendors, and commissioning teams

Experience with installation, testing, commissioning, and handover to operations

Strong project documentation, change management, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

Experience supporting LEED, WELL, WiredScore, or SmartScore initiatives is a plus

Financial services / financial data center experience is preferred

Important: This is a MEP / Data Center Infrastructure Project Management role, not Telecom or Software/Application Development.
 Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
