Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CX Project Manager Manager with 5-10 years of experience leading Service Center implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing enterprise implementations, documenting, and translating requirements into solution builds, and ensuring successful delivery within Agile environments.
Role: Microsoft Dynamics CX Project Manager
Duration: 3 Months + Extension
Location: Remote (1st week travel to MN)
W2 Candidates - No Sponsorship
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the project, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Manage project scope, schedule (approximately 3 months including UAT and hypercare), and resources.
- Coordinate with internal development team and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between all project participants.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst to ensure clear requirements and user stories.
- Oversee and coordinate the overall effort, ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience supporting Service Center or Service Desk implementations
- Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics concepts and enterprise service management processes
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with dedicated Scrum teams
- Experience documenting and translating business requirements into technical solutions and builds
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and providing delivery oversight
- Knowledge of SLAs, workflows, queues, case management, and escalation processes
- Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile/project management tools
